A PRAYER

                                                            A PRAYER

                                      O God,
                                      help me to walk
                                      in the light of thy mercy
                                      and eternal love

                                      Help me to walk i
                                      in the land 
                                      of the spiritually living
                     
                                      O God,
                                      once I was young,
                                      now I am old

                                      My bones break easily
​                                      and my step has slowed

                                      I pray that I may still have time
                                      to truly repent of all my sins,
                                      and my sinful self

                                      I pray that thy mercy and kindness
                                      will be greater than my sins
                                      Have compassion upon my soul

                                      Grant me thy eternal forgiveness
                                      and and guide me along the path
                                      of holy living
                                      for thy name's sake
                                   
                                      Let thy mercies flow
                                      in that river with no end
