                                                             AMERICA (THOUGHT TWO) 187
                                                   
                                          "What is liberty without wisdom, and virtue," 
                                          wrote Edmund Burke.   

                                          Liberty without wisdom leads to anarchy.
                                          Liberty without virtue leads to despotism.
                    
                                          How does a country maintain or regain its
                                          liberty?
                                                    
                                          The psalmist, King David, stated this profound
                                          aphorism...
                                                   "Blessed is the nation whose God is the Lord."
                                                   (Psalm 33:12)
                                                   And, "where the Spirit of the Lord is., there is
                                                   liberty." (2 Corinthians 3:17)

                                                   Liberty beckons us return...
                                                   to wisdom and virtue.
