Sorry, Kareem, but you have simply swallowed the bs from the far left. Every millionaire sports figures like yourself should go see the movie, "Thank You for Your Service." Thousands of service men and women have paid the price so people like you can make millions, and then sit in your easy chair and whine. Millions of Americans, yes millions, understand what I have just written and reject your notions. What is happening in the NFL can also happen in the NBA.---Empty seats, Empty stands. Millions of Americans are demonstrating that we really don't need to buy your tickets or watch your games. We honor our fallen and wounded heroes too much. You and your protesters really aren't needed. Bill Morgan.

And then, we have punished ourselves with feelings of guilt, inadequacy and shame. When, what we really needed to do was to learn to accept ourselves...as we are. For, after all, God has. Certainly our Heavenly Father desires us to become like Him. But, He is wise enough to know that our God ward journey may take a little time. While on this journey, may we learn to love and like ourselves so that we may better love and like others. And, don't forget, that the diamonds on display on the jeweler's shelf...were once lumps of coal like us. Therefore the Lord himself will give you a sign: Behold, a virgin shall conceive and bear a son, and (ye) shall call his name Immanuel WHAT COUNTS THE MOST What counts the most in our lives? Great thoughts True friends Honest toil Prayer time Words sublime Quiet places Clean hands Pure hearts Humble souls Unbroken promises Old truths New beginnings Immortal intimations That which counts the best... should count the most. (Eph. 4:26) How many marriages could have been salvaged by just obeying this one admonition. How many sons and daughters might still have fond memories of home had these words been heeded. How many hearts may have been saved from breaking simply by acquiescing to the spirit of gentleness. Tonight, may the sun not go down our wrath, but rather...upon our serenity.
