AUTUMN (1977)
As we were looking through
The pages of life's book
We saw some scenes of harvest time
And just to have another look.
Fallen leaves like gingerbread men
Dressed in satiny tartan vests
Pumpkin pies and apple cider cold
Fill our souls with zest untold
From the annals of all seasons
With exuberance we confess
O, Autumn, Autumn, Autumn
Indeed,you are the very best
