AUTUMN LEAVES
Different topics cross our minds
mind at different times. One area
of joyful ponderance is our present
Autumn season.
Autumn...With its brilliant vermilions,
deepening umbers, banana yellows,
ingenious indigos and plum purples.
With its warm sun mixed with cool
breezes, pumpkin pies, homecoming
games, and Thanksgiving.
With its affirmation of change...
disposing of the old, the crusty, the
worn leaves of life...in preparation
for the new.
This is our favorite season.
We regret to see the time... when
Autumn leaves.
