COUNTING PENGUINS
Back in January (2013) when ice and snow and
inversion were the constant weather words of
the day, I laid on my bed wishing for some forty
degree temperature days, (which did not arrive
until the early part of March) hoping to ward off
the flu bug.
One night as I tossed and turned, I couldn't sleep,
so, I tried counting penguins. Although I enjoyed
their outfits, I still wasn't able to doze off. So, I
simply laid there in my bed.
After awhile, this thought came to me...
Bless the Lord
O my soul
And all that is within me
