O Lord
In this springtime
of our lives
we come before thee
needing nourishment
Break up our fallow ground
Get us ready even now
for that harvest that seems
So long and far away
Help us to see thee
as thou art
The Lord of our seedtime
The Lord of our harvest
Let us not be anxious
But in everything thankful
and full of thy contentment
In Jesus' name
