                                              MAKE US WISE

                                                 One thing nice about a good quote
                                  is that quite often we may turn it
                                  around and discover it still makes
                                  good sense, and it may even lead 
                                  us to other new, good ideas.

                                  For instance, this thought by John Masefield...
                                  "The days that make us happy make us wise."

                                  Certainly there is much truth in that statement.  
                                  But, we'd like to think there was an even greater 
                                  truth in the following alteration...

                                  The days that make us wise make us happy.

                                  As children we seek happiness and thereby gain 
                                  wisdom in the failures and successes of our quest.

                                  Then, as we grow older, we discover that happiness
                                  comes in the finding of wisdom, and of living in the
                                  wisdom that we find.
