THIS VERY HOLY NIGHT

                                                               THIS VERY HOLY NIGHT

                                           This Very Holy Night 
                                           has come upon us
                                           Will it make a difference
                                           in our lives
                                           Will we view the night sky
                                           with awe and wonderment
                                           and see the stars
                                           as the reflection
                                           of the Christ child
                                           yet to be born

                                           With the lambs and calves
                                           we shall knell and pray
                                           and give thanks 
                                           for the miraculous birth
                                           about to take place

                                           O, what anticipation
                                           our hearts and souls
                                           doth hold this night
                                           We can hardly breathe

                                           For there shalt come forth
                                           from Mary's womb, a savior
                                           and his name shall be called
                                           Jesus, the son of God
                                           Emmanuel, God with us

                                           God bless us
                                           God forgive us
                                           Make us pure and holy

                                           For it shall not be long now
                                           for the King is coming
                                           O, yes the King is coming
                                           This very
                                           Holy Night
