YOU OLD RASCALS
Ben Franklin once suggested
that 'if the rescals knew the
advantages of virtue, they would
become honest men out of rascality."
If Christainity is all "that it is cracked
up to be," then why haven't more
people gotten more deeply involved
in it, more excited about it?
Perhaps we have failed to give this
glorious way of living sufficient and
proper advertising. You know, something
like this...
"You only go around once in life, better
get Jesus while you can."
"It's the Jesus generation that's feelin'
free."
"Got an upest stomach? Try Jeus."
"I'd walk a mile for a prayer meeting."
Wouldn't it be neat, if during Monday
night football, there were advertisements
for the Lord.
What if all those rascals, instead of reaching
for their beers, grabbed their Bibles instead?
Why the world would be turned upside down.
Come on you old rascals, let's live life with
gusto...for the Lord's sake.
